At ShopAdika, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, we are here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns and offer refunds for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging materials, including protective wrapping, boxes, and any accompanying documentation.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made or custom-framed items (including custom roses and personalized original artworks) are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at shopadika30@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

Photos of the item(s) in their original condition (especially helpful for demonstrating condition).

3. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and ship your return. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Return Shipping:

Customer's Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be for the price of the item(s) only; original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Please email us at shopadika30@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or a short video showcasing the damage or defect. This is essential for processing your claim efficiently.

3. Resolution: We will work with you to provide a replacement item or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred for the return of the damaged item.
