Stickers & Unframed Prints: These items are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out promptly.

Framed Items (Prints & Originals): Due to the careful packaging required for framed art, these items may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

Custom Orders: For custom pieces (including custom framed roses or original artworks), please allow 7-14 business days for creation and preparation before shipment. We'll provide a more specific timeframe for custom orders upon confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location.

Framed Items & Originals: Are meticulously wrapped with protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. We use specialized packaging for fragile items like glass in frames.

Order Tracking:

After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.

Delays & Issues:
